AIM

To promote, foster and develop, in all its aspects, the game of soccer among boys and girls.

LEARNING OBJECTIVE

To develop basic skills in soccer, and to provide an understanding and appreciation of the sport through an experiential process.

HOW

By ensuring that every learner has access to footballs, coaching and training, improve their skills and build their hope through play and improvement in community development of new talent.  Learners will be introduced to the historical development and current trends in soccer, the technical aspects of soccer, strategies and tactics employed in the sport, and competition formats.

 

Some of the activities include:

• Soccer Tournaments

• Skills showcasing

• Games

• The basic principles of soccer, and offensive and defensive strategies and tactics

• Improve physical Fitness

• Interpret and apply the Laws of the Game in match situations

• Engage in discussions on soccer strategies
