• Teach chess and strategies of the game

• Promote critical thinking and concentration

• Participate on district level

• Create a love for the game

• Learn good sportsmanship

• Practice once a week for two hours and get a lesson on strategies once a week

• Determine rankings for our school and challenge neighbouring schools

• Host an open tournament once a year.
